Silicon nanoparticle are spherical high surface area metal particles. Nanoscale silicon Particles are typically 50 nanometers (nm) with specific surface area (SSA) in the 80 m 2 /g. Surface functionalized nanoparticles allow for the particles to be preferentially adsorbed at the surface interface using chemically bound polymers. The silicon-graphite composite anode materials can reduce the swelling when silicon absorbs lithium ion, and also can increase the affinity between silicon and electrolyte, easy to disperse, improve the performance of lithium ion circle.
