Currently,TMB is taking the place of benzidine which is a strong cancerogen and other ramifications of benzidine which are carcinogenic step by step.TMB can be applied in areas like clinical assay, forensic analysis, criminal investigation and environmental detection,etc.As a new zymolyte of peroxidase,TMB has wide applications in enzyme immunoassay (EIA) and enzyme-linked-immunosorbent serologic assay (ELISA).
