Name High temperature resistant adhesive bonding fluorocarbon or eteline
Outline It is heterocyclic adhesive which cures fast when heated. it is temperature resistant and easy to operate. No bubbles appear after curing thus making the surface smooth and bright. Its viscosity, color and heat resistant property is adjustable.
Applications Because the corrosion-resistant quality of the eteline or flucrocarbon, the materials are often used to make pipelines, vessels, bumps and valves. Our adhesive solve the problem of bonding or coating such materials themselves and to metals, alloys which may be used in high frequency communication devices and other devices which works in harsh conditions. These materials include PTFE, TFE, FEP, ETFE, CTFE, E-CTFE, PVF2, PVF, PP, PE and so forth.
Features It is one-component transparent thick liquid.
It cures within minutes when heated with the temperature 120°C
It is resistant to shock, ultraviolet light and extreme weather once it cures because it is durable and with good ductility and low contraction coefficient.
Being heat-resistant, it adapts to a wide range of temperature and bonds well under high temperature.
Being moderate in viscosity, the surface appears smooth and bright after curing.

Instruction 1. To get the best results, it is better to immerse the eteline materials in the liquid “A” specially made by our company for 5 minutes, take them out, wash them clean in the running water, or for the best result, in the distilled water, and then dry them. If bonded to metals, it is better to sand the metals for about 20 times in the clockwise and counterclockwise direction. Then cleanse the two bonding substrates with liquid “B”. bond it in time.
2. Spray the adhesive on the substrates, put them together and apply some strength on them, heat it with 120°C, wait for two minutes and let it dry
Notes 1. Better to keep the working place well ventilated.
2 .If it has contact with skin, you should wash with soap.
3. It can be stored at well-ventilated places with low temperature, and keep them away from fire. Cover the lip after using it.
