Function and Application Introduction:
The machine is operated on touch screen friendly human-machine, servo system as punching motivity to get high speed and high efficiency. High sensitivity optical fiber sensor support two sets of stepping system to achieve length-ways searching location, also can get the two-direction positioning of X, Y in the same surface. The punching precision will not be affected by
the dimension of the material, to make the position precision less than ±0.1mm . “Each punching location” can ensure the punching precision.

- High sensitivity optical fiber sensor support the imported servo feeding system, the position parameter of the punching spot can be adjusted, with high precision.
- Adopt imported ball screw-lead stepping to feeding, high precision and long using life.
- Adopt servo motor as punching motivity , with low noise and stable motivity, the punching speed can be adjusted, the effect will be much better if punch the cards with different thickness.
- Controlled by PLC and running automatically, the machine will alarm and halt if case of errors, also provide solutions to solve the errors.
- With two working mode: location card and blank card, punching mode is flexible and practical.
