We started to produce auto safety airbag from small quantity in about 2008, with two years development, the annual output is about 2 million now. We mainly focus on PAB and DAB. As we started from making garments, we are very strict on quality control and cloth usage to nearly zear loss. So we can submit the most competitive price. Normally for 40L is about $7.1USD/EA (without coating), and for 100L is about $15.53USD/EA (without coating). Our fabric is from Japanese Toray Industries INC or Chinachem, and its quality is assured. And we are under going quality system assessment of TS16949, and are to get the certification in this Dec.
Our current customers include US YFK, Japan Plast, Lifan, Zhongtai and Liebao, and many more clients are in contacting. In addition, for the after sales service market in China, we currently occupies more than 80%.
