All Vacuum Tubes Solar Collector
Generally, there are two patterns: the pattern of horizontal composition and the pattern of vertical composition.
Tech Data:
- Inner Manifold: Stainless Steel, SUS304-2B, SS316L; Thickness, 0.41-0.51MM.
- Outer Manifold: Color Steel or Stainless steel; Thickness, 0.40MM.
- Insulation layer: Polyurethane foam; Thickness, 30-40MM.
- Frame: Galvanized Steel; Aluminum Alloy; Stainless Steel.
- Vacuum tubes: ALN/AIN-SS/CU layer; 47-1500 OR 58-1800.
- Fame Angle can modified according to the customers’ requirement.
- Manifold Shape and Size can be modified according to the customers’ requirement.
Characteristic and Principle :
In the form of Direct Flow System, it can be mounted horizontally on a flat roof, Water as the heat transfer medium delivers heat through auto-cycling system. hence, providing less wind load and lower installation costs.
In large-scale projects, we adapt solar collectors, matched with storage tank, auxiliary heating system, computerized controller and pipe cycling system. it is an economical option for hotel, school, hospital and swimming pool. Their principle as follow:
- Auto charging water: Charging water by solenoid valve. When reach the setting time and setting water level, the solenoid valve will start to charge water till the tank is full of water.
- Temperature difference circulation: When solar collector temperature is 10 higher than tank temperature, circulation pump will start to inject cold water from tank to the collectors, so hot water in the collectors will go to the tank, When temperature difference is lower than circulation pump will stop.
- Anti-freezing circulation: When circulation pipe temperature is lower than setting data, temperature difference pump will start to inject hot water from tank to the circulation pipe, When the circulation pipe temperature is higher than setting data, the pump will stop.
- Electrical heater assistant: When water temperature in the tank is below the setting data at the setting time the electrical heater will start to heat water till reach the setting data.
- Pipe Circulation: When outlet pipe temperature is lower than setting data ,pipe circulation pump P2 will start to inject hot water of the tank into the tank ,make sure that when you open the water tap you will have hot water.
