Introduction of Aluminum panels production line:
The aluminum panel production line is a type of specialized equipment for the production of laminated panels with the intermediate layer of polyurethane, anticorrosion or polyisocyanurate or phenolic plastic foam and with aluminum foil as top and bottom layers. The laminated panel is between 20 and 30 mm thick, 1200 mm wide, length determined by the customer. The panel is mainly used as a ventilation pipe for central air conditioners. Different insulating panels with other soft lining layers could also be produced on the line.

The operating principle of the aluminum panel production line is as follows: rigid foam plastic raw materials are delivered to the mixing head through the dosing pump in the injection machine and then injected into the bottom plate which goes to the conveyors together with the upper surface sheet. Between the upper and lower conveyors, the liquid materials harden in their shape, after which the laminated sheet is trimmed at the edge and, by means of an automatic tracking cutting mechanism, cut into segments according to the preset length.
The Aluminum Panels Production Line has already approved the identification of new and technological products carried out by the Economic and Commercial Commission of the Province of Jiangsu and the Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu, being evaluated as one of the best in the first batch Products from Jiangsu Province (Product No.: 041111G0025N) and listed as a New Product Project at the National Level (Project No.: 2004ED690193).
