PRESENTATION AND ELABORATION OF WINE
The MINIMI rosé is one of the classified wines in Mediterranean IGP. According to French regulations, PGI wines come from a specific department or zone. They are made from the best varieties of their terroir of origin, and they satisfy production conditions guaranteeing their quality. The MINIMI rosé wine comes from a vineyard of 30 hectares, located in the municipality of Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume. The altitude of the vineyard is between 360 and 420 meters. The soil is clay-limestone in the valleys and cultivated parts and consists of bauxite, sand and marble for the parts located in the extension of Sainte-Victoire. The MINIMI rosé wines are elaborated according to specifications established by the company "Les Vins Bréban".
