Working pressure is high, more than 52 MPa (7500 PSI), to meet drilling deep well, ultra-deep demand. Its maximum and minimum service life can reach more than 4000 and 2000 hours respectively.
Ceramic liners material and performance index:
Ceramic liner take zirconia composite formulations as the formula. The composition of zirconia: 5.4% yttria and 94.6% zirconia, the average particle size less than 0.5 μm. Massive experiments show that the toughness is maximum when 80 90% zirconia is added.
