Cachaça Fazenda Velha is a product of the city of Nova Aurora for the State of Goiás, known as the Valley of the cachaça where the climate is dry more than half of the year and wet during a few months thanks to heavy rains, factors contributing to the high concentration of sugarcane juice.
Its production follows the traditional process of fermentation and distillation stills. Bottled after 6 years and stored in closed Jequitibá and far from the sunny environment wooden vats.
