The flotation column is ideal for treating particulate solid mines.
The operation is easy: the pulp mixed flotation reagents is introduced into the tube through the charging system, also, the air enters below column and causes number of small bubbles. The particles down and bubbles rise, so the two phases meet and mingle, and then this mixture floats to the surface and concentrated. After process of scraper, the bubbles overflowing, concentrated ores are separated and the taillings out through the lifting device. The area of concentration of minerals is to improve the quality of bubbles. The collection area is to improve the performance by collecting minerals wanting to overflow.
