Description
The straight-welded pipe chamferer is used to flatten the ends of straight-seam tubes or seamless steel tubes and finished corners. This end machining chamfering machine consists of feeding equipment, clamping clamps, knife frame, clutch and other parts. Equipped with chamfering knife the finished angles are uniform.
Application
The ends of the tube cutting machine generally leave burrs and defects. In order to respond to the following process and to the needs of the users, the burrs of the ends of the tubes, the internal and external sides must be deburred.
Production process
Tube loading → Tube connection → Left end alignment → Delivery of tubes → Tightening → Chamfering of the left end → Loosening of the clamp → Transport of tubes → Alignment of the right end → Tightening → Chamfering of the tube right end → Loosen clamp → tube outlet
