Production process
Dough mixing → spreading → wrapping spring rolls forming → stuffing → folding to rolling spring rolls
Characteristics
- Driving device: adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, stable operation, which not only guarantees the speed, but also guarantees the good effect of the spring rollers.
- Temperature control device: Direct contact temperature detection is used to ensure accurate temperature and easy control.
- Heating method: liquefied gas or electric heating can be selected. The voltage of the spring roller machine is three-phase electricity, 380 volts.
- The advantages of electric heating: controllable temperature, rapid heating, high utilization rate, convenient maintenance (optional according to customer's requirements).
