1.The production line adopts the following steps: crushing, mixing, granulating, drying, cooling, sieving, and adding fragrance.It not only has clear function, but also work as a whole. What’s more, it has reached the flow line production standard.
2.The hard-core part of this production line is drying system. It uses the heating way of subsection heating. The pre-drying section uses high pressure and low air flow fan, it can make the wet chicken essence granules completely fluidize; The drying section uses low pressure and high air flow fan, it removes more moisture in unit time and product is dried uniformly; The cooling section uses high air flow fan, it removes heat rapidly and reduces the temperature of product so that can meet the requirement of water controlling and be convenient for the following packing process.
3.Drying medium circulation system: Blower, heater, the inlet air pipe is made of stainless steel to avoid the possibility that product being polluted by unclean air.
