CN-09 Automatic Vacuum and Pick up Tubes to Foam Racks is used for capping the tubes and creates vacuum inside tubes after adding cap steps, then automatically pick up the tubes and putting into foam racks by the robotic hand. Vacuum degree is adjustable according to different specification tubes from 1ml to 10ml etc. Machine finish the steps fully automatically instead of traditionally manually putting tube to foam racks; is of high degree of automation, saving labor and time, greatly improve the efficiency. All the steps only require 1 worker to operate.
