Aluminum/ Steel Coil Coating Line
This line is used for rolled aluminium/steel coil color coating, decorative pattern printing and surface embossing etc. Its process flow mainly includes surface chemical treatment, powder coating, heating and solidification. These equipments can be differently combined according to customers’ requirement.
Machine Characteristics
High grade 304 stainless steel with advanced welding process is adopted to degreasing and related equipments, which is applicable to acidity& alkalescence degreaser and improved the equipment lifetime.
Spray cleaning method is used for higher efficiency, water is recyclable to save the cost and protect the environment.
Converse 3-roller coating is used in our machine, which is advanced worldwide, ensures the precision. The coating is operated in hermetic environment without any dust, perfectly controlled the coating thickness and painting quality.
Advanced heating system in our line can meet different demand of electricity, gas, LPG and fuel petrol.
Heating circulation and exhaust gas recycle system with patent, minimize the heating waste, reduce environment pollution and production cost. With the help of this system, ensures the stability of roasting area, guarantees the coating quality.
