Cold forming sectional steel is main material to produce light section steel structure produced by steel plate and cold forming sectional steel. The machine can produce variety kinds of profiles and cold rolled steels with regular thickness, but in complex section shape. Those products can not produced by general heat rolling method.

Material thickness range 1.0~6.0mm (note: different profile is suitable different thickness range, but all thickness range within 1.0~6.0mm).

Control model PLC (MITSUBISHI/SIEMENS) control, human and machine interface, touch screen will be used to input and cancel working data.
Normal working speed 5~10m/min (if customer need to have high speed, we can manufacture the high speed line, and the max speed will be reached 15~20m/min).
