Structure Introduction
Horizontal package fixed grate sawdust boiler is a horizontal three pass water fire Tube mixed boiler. Inside boiler barrel is a bunch of screw thread smoke tube, water walls are at both sides of the furnace, and splay tube banks are inside the furnace, using large cast iron grate with Blower Feeding (fuel can be firewood, sawdust, stalk, etc.), also has air blower and induced draught fan. Since fuels such as sawdust blows by the wind onto grate for combustion, flame from the furnace enters rebuming chamber, goes through rear smoke box to the splay flue before entering front smoke box. It retraced to rear smoke box by fire tube banks, and then enters the economizer, dust extractor, finally be discharged into the atmosphere by induced draft Fan.
Technical Characteristic
1.Higher boiler thermal efficiency, using screw thread tube to enhance heat transfer, effective in improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler by maximum of 77.5%.
- changed the traditional design of two pass heating surfaces inside boiler barrel to one screw thread smoke tube. So boiler operates without thermal stress to tube sheet and extends boiler's service life.
3.The splayed flue in the furnace changes the radiation phenomenon at the bottom of middle barrel in traditional design, effectively avoiding barrel humping, and increases boiler's safety performance.
4.The use of both mechanized and manual feeding to reduce the labor intensity.

9.With the furnace explosion-proof devices, deflagration occurred when the furnace, the furnace can vent to the pressure and played furnace wall protection role. The furnace are fitted with explosion proof device. When the furnace detonated, it can vent the pressure inside furnace, and protects boiler body.
