Structure
The EPP is mainly constructing with the components as bellow:
- 16 pieces of stainless steel keycaps
- Stainless steel frame
- Tamper resistant secure box
- Main board, all electronic components are layout on the board
- Has strong WOSA driver supported, so it can be applied to different ATMs / Kiosks.

- Keypad made of high quality stainless steel
- Customizable layout, dimension and installation design
- Braille key design for visually handicapped people
Keycap press force
- All keycaps press should have event,
- All keycaps press force is the same, the force is 3.6 N.
- All keycaps press should has a feedback feel.
- All keycaps press’s life time is longer than 2,000,000
Mechanism
- Keystroke life time > 2,000,000
- Keystroke force 3.6 N
- Keystroke travel 0.45mm
Environment Requirements
- Operating temperature range: –25℃-65℃
- Storage temperature range: –25℃-65℃
- Maximum humidity in operating environment: 80%
- For security reasons, the secure information will be deleted when the environment temperature is beyond the storage temperature range.
Life time
- The life time of KMY EPP is longer than 10 years.
- The battery ‘s life time is longer than 10 years(without external power supply).
Communication Interface
RS232 or USB interface (including the data transmit line and power supply line)
RS232: RJ45 according to RS232-D up to 19200 baud
USB: Connector emulates RS232 port, free driver available.
