I am looking for financing of 200,000 EUR for the restoration of compliance of an artisanal bakery and pastry business worth 900,000 EUR.
I am an artisan baker and I took a commercial space with a view to opening a business.
The amount needed to finalize the bakery is 200,000 EUR to finish the work and purchase the equipment.
I would be able to repay over a maximum period of 5 years.
The last turnover achieved by the bakery in 2021 is 680,000 EUR and this without the works. I am aiming for a turnover of more than 1 million Euros.
The investor will be able to obtain shares in the share capital of the bakery which will allow him to reduce his taxation up to 25% per year for 5 years or else he will be able to be reimbursed the capital borrowed over a period of 5 years with a taking of interest of 5% per annuity.
