Due to their size, flexibility, FPCs become more and more popular in electronic industry, such as Cell phones, computer peripherals, PDA, LED lighting and so on. They really bring great convenience for our daily life, solving the problem of using large size wires, making the finished products become small, smart, and superior.
Flex-rigid FPC is made of flexible circuits and rigid circuits. The rigid PCBs are usually FR4, connected with single or multilayer flexible circuit boards. therefore, it enjoys the advantage of both the rigid and flexible circuit boards.
Right now, we can make flex-rigid FPC over 10 layers. All the flex-rigid circuit boards are tested with flying-probe testing machine showing all the gerber data to insure continuity and other data requirements. we can also do SMT/SMD according to customer's request.
