1: O.D.: such as: 150 mm ,120 mm ,120 mm ,114 mm ,118 mm ,210 mm ,132mm,100mm, 180mm, 230mm,300mm,500mm,550mm,600mm,685mm, 800mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1300mm, 1600mm, 2000mm etc
2: Material: stainless steel of SUS304, SUS310S, HK40, NA22H, SCH13, SCH22, SCH24 and carbon steel,
3: centrifugal casting of body, sand casting of cone, outsourcered shaft or casting.
4: with wear-resistant coating or corrosion resistant coating sprayed in the surface
5: Inspection:
a: chemical composition test by spectrometer during smelting;
b: sand blasting to clean the coating after pouring;
c: leveling;
d: cut both ends to do ectching test;
e: inside surface boring or not as per requirements;
f: PT test and RT test;
g: mechanical property test
