In addition, below are the supply chain procedures between the buyer and seller as we anticipate to be followed.
· Normally Legal Mandate issues Soft Corporate Offer. (Normally after the Agreement and negotiations about price and transportation terms, place of delivery or pick up.) for better negotiations, buyer sends a representative to our facility to check, see, verify the product as first step to building a working relationship;
ü Seller only accounts Hotel/ Accommodation bills for his trip
ü Buyer caters for his transportation bills etc.
ü An initial contract is made between two parties as proof of initiated contact.
· Buyer issues Letter of Intent.
· Seller submit Full Corporate Offer
· Buyer accepts the FCO
· Seller submits Sales & Purchase Contract to Buyer based on the above FCO
· Signing and acceptance of the Sales & Purchase Contract (SPA) between both parties.
· Parties formally execute the SPA within ( 3-4) working days
