We supply two kinds of carbon and graphite felt, it's material is PAN fiber and RAYON fiber. PAN fiber material widely applied to verity vacuum resistance furnace, induction furnace, Sintering furnace. It is excellent in thermal insulation. RAYON fiber is execellent in high-temperature thermal insulation. It is like as other Carbon felt and it is density smaller, thermal conductivity smaller, it is better in thermal insulation and ablation.
Notice: when temperature is above 400 degrees, the product must be used in protective atmosphere or inert gas, It must be kept from moisture, press. when it is transported and stored, It can be cut free geometrical shape.
Soft carbon fiber felt
Main applications: it is used as thermal insulation material; as reinforced material to produce carbon-carbon composite material.
Characteristics: pan carbon fiber felt flatbed are produced from pan felt by stabilization and carbonization. Because 90% are space in the felt, so the effect of thermal insulation function is very good under vacuum or inert gas. It has a stable function under high-temperature. Because it has very small density, small specific heat volume, soft nature, good thermal insulation function, easy operation, it is very fitful for high-temperature vacuum furnace under intermittent operation. It can save energy sources as flatbed felt, it can be compounded with carbon into carbon-carbon composite material.
