The machine is mainly featured as auto-cementing at side and heel seat accomplished at one time. The in-sole and upper do not need cementing in advance which saves labor cost. Moreover, it will never be de-cemented, which is most suitable for the production of high quality and special heavy shoes. The heel forming band is sutured by chains, which makes the best forming. We provide damps with various specifications for perfect lasting all curved and sized shoes. The specially designed side lasting mechanism is formed by 5 groups of PU fastener on its right and left side. Each lasts 3 groups of PU fastener can be used optionally according to the size of the shoes. The pressing mechanism for side lasting is equipped with special locking to ensure the pressing effect and to avoid shrinking after lasting. The side and heel seat cementing mechanism consists of 2 sets of cement nozzle respectively located on both right and left sides. The nozzle will move forwards from the center point of heel curve, and action closely alone the edge of shoes and mid-sole under the control of pressure and speed .The length of cementing is controlled by projected laser lighter, which is visible and easy to be adjusted for the desired length of cementing .The side and heel cementing can be accomplished at one time, which does not have the disadvantages of apace and inequality during 2 stages cementing. The electric system is controlled by the PLC controller accomplished with the hydraulic and pneumatic system. There are two sets of side pulling pincers for options which can set up pulling stroke respectively on right and left sides and also offer the forcibly manually up pulling function for supplemental use. It makes uppers inners inner and outer the waist more attached to the last. Except the general lasting, there are many specially functions to meet the special styles of shoes and special demands of operators.
