Product Description:
Swivel joint is a kind of high pressure fluid control products, which is commonly applied to cementing and fracturing equipment. It is used to change the pipeline connection direction, to make it more convenient and easier to connect the pipe fittings. It is widely used in acid working environment, to connect the high pressure discharge pipe, suction pipe, temporary flow pipeline, well test line and high pressure transmission line. -

(1). The technical parameters and performance specifications are in line with API 6A. It can work with SPM’s similar products.

(6). Our swivel joint, with integral ball bearing, are manufactured on the basis of technologies from FMC, USA.
(7). Various models of swivel joint and their repair kits are available, suitable for normal or low temperature, or HS environment, with sizes ranging from 1 1/2” to 4” and rated WP ranging from 6000~20000 psi (42 Mpa~140 Mpa).
(8). We can supply long and short radius swivel joint. Long radius swivel joint can minimizefluid shock, and has better performance of resistance for souring the erosion. We also need to use short radius swivel joints for low pressure operation due to limited installation space.
(9). Patterns of swivel joint are made in NC machine tools, with even wall thickness and longer service life. Wall thickness difference of inner and outer arcs can meet FMC standard. The three-ball-race design can bear heavy load stably, and ensure less vibration with variable load.
(10). All sizes of swivel joints can be interchanged with FMC equivalent products used in cementing and fracturing equipment.
(11). Sealing parts made of synthetic rubber with release hole are fitted with blowout preventing metal ring. When sealing parts leak, pressure will be automatically relieved. Safety performance is enhanced.
(12). Usually good lubrication can ensure that swivel joints work normally without much maintenance.
