Why is most brush filament supplier in China?
About 20 years ago, the brush material is natural bristle, horse tail, goat hair and so on. Natural bristle is the best raw material for paint brush using. Because it has softer one, stiff one, and the feature of bristle is durable and anti-high temperature and and anti-presevative.
However, With the development of China’s economy, fewer people raise pigs. As the number of pigs decreases, pig hairs become less and less, so we want to use chemical fiber(brush filament) instead of pig bristles. This chemical fiber(brush filament) comes from this.
Due to environmental factors, only Chinese bristles are good materials for making brushes. Therefore, the first production of bristles is in China. With alternatives, brush filaments have become an industrial chain in China.
