ESACORE-ST
DESCRIPTION:
ESACORE? ST is a sandwich panel based on ‘ honeycomb technology’, it is particularly indicated to be used for interiors applications, where it can be supplied in a wide range of colours and surface finishing. ESACORE? ST also offers a high ratio performances/costs giving also good values in terms of weight saving and mechanical characteristics; ESACORE? ST fully meets both the IMO Resolution MSC 61 (67) for C class applications in marine market.
CONSTRUCTION:
ESACORE? ST is manufactured with an aluminium honeycomb core and skins in HPL laminate (Abet Laminati); the panel has been particularly developed to provide both high performances in fire resistance and smoke toxicity and customers request for a ‘finished panel’. ESACORE? ST is specially designed to be used for applications in interiors constructions, where decor panel are required to be installed

FABRICATION and STORAGE:
ESACORE ST can be worked with standard tools ( cutting and drilling)normally used for laminates ( circular saws. Routers, ets.) Curved or bended parts can be easily obtained applying the “cut and fold” technique ( contact Metalleido Components for further details). The panels should always stored in vertical or horizontal ( preferred) position until further reworks.
