we are an import-export company in the field of brazilian sugar, we load at the port of santos in brazil, 4 ships of 25,000 tons each tuesday that we attribute to our customers according to notifications from banking instruments. the methods of payment accepted are: 1) the confirmed and irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight. 2) the cad payable at destination by acceptance guaranteed by a sblc of a prime bank or confirmed by a prime bank. 3) the block fund which is only accepted in fob. the bl are transmitted only against proof of funds, we do not accept payment in block fund on arrival. we work exclusively with a recognized shipping company and the certifications are made by the brazilian government and not sgs. our procedure is as follows: law, fco, icpo, spa, invoice, bank instrument, shipping. no derogation accepted concerning our procedure or our methods of payment. no bl will be transmitted on whats app or by email, with us everything happens from bank to bank.
