Description:
J21-100 punch presses are large machines with a 'C' type frame, power press with fixed bed and slide block’s reciprocating motion to finish the punching work. It is usually used for stamping and forming communications, computers, household appliances, furniture, vehicles(cars, motorcycles, bicycles metal parts),etc.
Characteristics:
- It adopts steel welding structure with high stiffness and reasonable structure and low noise.
- Combined type air friction clutch which is easy to install and repair.
- The main motor have positive inversion function and with duplex magnetic valve to ensure the safety.
- The crank connecting rod serves as the working mechanism. Crank connecting rod is rigid, so the movement of the slider is mandatory, times of strokes in per minute of slider and the movement curve of the slider are fixed.
