Product details:

1. Feeding system
   JDC500 Single Shaft Concrete Mixer feeding system consists of lifting mechanism, upper hopper, loading rack, feeding funnel and other components.
   The loading rack is composed of a track and a long track, and the rail frame is connected by bolts to the mixing drum and the frame. The extension track is bolted to the track frame and can be removed for transport and storage.
   The lifting mechanism consists of a brake motor, a three-stage reduction gearbox, a reel, and a wire rope.
   The brake motor ensures that the hopper can be stopped at any position of the loading rack under full load.

2. Mixing device
   JDC500 Single Shaft Concrete Mixer stirring device consists of a mixing drum, a stirring shaft, a stirring blade and a shaft end seal.
   The mixing drum is an integral welding process, and two kinds of lining plates are installed in the cylinder, wherein 12 side lining plates and 77 curved lining plates are arranged. It is fastened to the cylinder by a countersunk screw. The lining plate is wear-resistant alloy cast iron with good wear resistance and long service life.
