2) a pen slot in the spine which is between cover flap and portfolio part.
3) an expandable document pocket for your important documents.
4) a slot with zip closure for your money, cheque, etc.
5) two vertical pockets for mobile phone & iPhone, one with cover flap.
6) a protective integrated divider pad with a slot pocket for your notebook & notepad.
7) a stylus/pen loop beside the iPad for convenience.
