Reused magnesium melting, recycling system
Main feature:
This system includes a melting furnace, a holding furnace, a set of infusion pump and infusion tube, a set of
metering pump and infusion tube, a crashing, preheating, and feeding device.
Operating principle:
Reused magnesium is put into melting furnace through the crashing, preheating, feeding equipment, then the
molten magnesium is transferred to the holding furnace to keep warm, then the ingot casting pump will automatically
extract the molten magnesium from the holding furnace, the cooling form.
Preheating method:
Preheat the ingot mold through electric heating panel.
Scope of application
This machine can be used for producing magnesium alloy ingot, also can be used for producing other alloy ingot
such as zinc ingot, aluminum ingot, lead ingot, tin ingot, antimony ingot, copper ingot.
