Operating principle of a tube plant for stainless steel tubes
The hydraulic cylinder of the feed unit holds the steel strip. The feed motor drives the feed roller to fill the belt in the accumulator by the friction force. The main motor turns the feed roller of the battery cage to store a steel strip in the internal and external storage area. The motor will stop after completing a coil, and will resume feeding after cutting and welding another coil.
