Microsphere is a kind of physical foaming agent, it is light yellow particles, expands at 140-190℃, the expansion ratio is as high as about 20 times.
Compared with other foaming agents, microsphere foaming agents have much lower requirements for foaming conditions. The expanded beads can form a unique surface effect on the surface, and can achieve better and rapid expansion, good sealing of the bonded products.
It is used for EVA, TPE, TPR, TPV, TPU, SBS, SEBS, TPEE, soft PVC and other elastomer foaming. It can also be used for ink and latex foaming . like : new energy, military, medical, aviation, shipbuilding, electronics, automobiles, instruments, power supplies, high-speed rail and other industries.
