The Mojito cocktail at salsa tunes, composed of Martinique rum, lime, sugar cane and extracts of plants revels at the aperitif on ice and 5-6 torn fresh mint leaves (1 or 2 sliced lime for decoration).
Dosage: 2/3 of Mojito, 1/3 of sparkling water served in a flared glass filled 2/3 crushed ice and mint leaves.
