- Brief Introduction
Sunfine SMR series is genuine on-off grid All-in-one inverter. It’s an upgrade type of SMS series with an additional anti-overflow function which can control current to grid. That means SMR series inverter can control max current to grid. It’s the most advanced inverter of Sunfine.
Sunfine SMR series is high frequency inverter, integrated with controlling, charging and inverting functions which are managed by one DSP. There are two times MPPT (DC/DC, DC/AC) with efficiency up to 99%. All these lead to high efficiency of SMR series.

Working Theory
When the grid is normal, SMR series inverter converts the PV power to AC to feed loads and charge battery, and then feed in grid with a specified current value. If the current feeding gird is larger than the specified value, the anti-overflow module will distribute the extra current back to loads, and the same time SMR series inverter will adjust the output power against overflow to grid. While the grid is abnormal, SMR series inverter will Zero switch to off grid mode, and act as an off grid inverter. -
