Powder nitrile rubber is a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene with high polarity, used for thermoplastic materials, such as PVC, epoxy resin and phenolic resin modified.Because of its polarity, it showing very good intermiscibility with PVC, It is widely used in shoemaking industry, hose, wire and cable, conveyor belts, profiles, friction materials, and other resin materials. Powder nitrile rubber can increase the elasticity of the product, impact resistance, ageing resistance, weather resistance, oil resistance, resistance to low temperature brittleness, etc.When it used with other rubbers, it can provide better mixing degree for the materials, and reduce the mixing process.Compared with powder nitrile rubber and block nitrile rubber which using for rubber products, Powder nitrile rubber can improve the productivity by 50%.
Normal additive amount for PVC resin is about 10~30%
