Overview:
PS series vacuum cleaner is applied to the situation of space-limited occasions or equipment-inside. It's widely used in the industries of PCB drilling machine, V-Cut machine, battery, casting, electronics, 3D printing, etc. Compared to other industrial vacuum cleaner, it’s more smaller in size.
Facility Characteristic:
The fan adopts the international advanced elaborate casting aluminum alloy turbine vacuum pump technology, it has the advantages of long reliability, low noise, long service life, and it can work 24hours a day.
The filtration system adopts built-in cyclone separator and bag filter/ cartridge filter, the filter efficiency can reach to 99%.
Three cleaning modes can be selected: manual cleaning, manual vibration cleaning and electric vibration cleaning.
The dust container can be separated, so it's easy to pour out the dust.
It is equipped with protective plate around the motor to protect the operator and avoid the hurt of motor, besides it can decrease the noise.
It is equipped with negative pressure monitor, remind operator to clean the dust.
The industrial caster is easy to install, and it adopts the best PU, the bracket uses 2.5mm acid washing board to increase the stiffener. Each 2 inch caster can bear the weight of 50kg, the wheel face is designed with grain to enhance the skid performance.
