PU sandwich panel production line
The PU sandwich panel production line is a packaged equipment for the discontinuous production of sandwich panels. The PU sandwich panel production line is used for the discontinuous manufacture of sandwich panels with the coating layers of colored steel or galvanized sheet and the polyurethane core material.
The complete equipment is divided in part of PU insulation and part of lining sheet profiling:

1.2. Used equipment
(1) .A multilayer laminator "2 + 2" for panels "6 × 1.2m".
(2). A set of PU foaming machine and insallation for pre-storage of materials.
1.3. Operating principle
The multilayer laminator consists of the press and the rail support. Two work tables will be moved to the press and the other two will remain on the track supports. Initially, place the upper and lower sheets inside the mold frames and then perform the necessary sealing work. After that, feed the work tables in the press. When the work tables inside the press move neatly, the other two are fed at the same time. At the end of feeding, the press will close and tilt at an angle, waiting for the injection of PU raw materials from the PU mixing head into different panels. Meanwhile, the materials begin to foam and cure. At this time, the frames of the molds can be opened in the work tables and the finished products can be unloaded to be ready for the next production cycle.
