We are professional steel forging manufacturer, especially in forging mill roller shaft for mill machine. We have 4000 tons oil press and 3 tons air forging and Furnaces, and UT & MPI inspecting devices. We can forge 37 Tons(single shaft), 12 meters length, and outside diameter is 1.6 meter. Our capacity is 20 thousand tons of forging yearly. We offer both forging stock and final machining.
Quality control: We offer high quality forging by our QCP. First strictly inspecting the raw steel bar, including chemical position and/or metallographic structure, second is working out forging processing plan, third is inspecting as-forged, rough machining, forth is heat treatment and inspection, and fifth is fine machining and full inspection reports. Mean while, accept customer or TPI inspection.
Forging material: It’s in accordance with International general material standards, we accept such as, ASTM, DIN, BS, CA, AS, ISO and GB standard. Besides carbon and Manganese steel, we also forge many Alloy Steels containing Chromium, Nickel and Molybdenum.
Efficient Business Flow Path: Customers put forward material requirement, mechanical properties and tolerance, maybe full set of engineering Drawing, designing requirement, then our manufacturer will termwise check drawings scrupulously and completely understand technical parameter. There’ll be once or twice technical exchange between both parties, or any ameliorating. Everything is ready, next to manufacturing, acceptance and delivery.
