Operating Principle:
Model SP vertical discharge-sieve-free stirred beads mill is developed/designed for production of intermediate and high viscous suspensions based on the patent technology. In continuous operation, small beads in the grinding barrel are stirred with pin/counter-pin turbine agitator at high speeds. The effective grinding/dispersing is done between small beads in the diameter range of 0.1-1.2mm. The suspension to be ground is continuously conveyed centrically into a top-inner product pipe without any sieves. The beads separation at the top end is carried out by means of centrifugation. The beads separated are re-circulated into the grinding barrel for continuous grinding.
