Cold splicing glue bonding methods.
Clean up the residue gum from roller, then sanding the roller surface circle around with angle grinder L1202. Then brush away the dust from roller surface. Then deeply clean with cleaning solvent sk353, and guarantee no remain on roller surface.
Brush metal primer sk363 on the washed roller surface, wait it totally dry. (enhance the bonding strength with metal and rubber sheet, avoid the rubber sheet break off from roller)
Stir cold splicing glue sk313with hardener according to 100:4 evenly, then brush once and wait it totally dry, then do second brush, meanwhile, brush the diamond rubber sheet on it backside(blue CN layer).
Wait the mixture totally dry, then combine the rubber sheet with roller closely, press it with rubber roller, then strike it with rubber mallet to avoid no bubble inside, at last use Ramitech extruder gun to fill it.and revise and sand the roller edge.
