The differences between reinforced repair strip with fabric and without fabric
Ramimtech repair strip can be divided into two kinds， one is reinforced repair strip with fabric ， the other is reinforced repair strip without fabric，they are all unite with SK313 through uncured layer and realize the cold vulcanizing repair to conveyor belt.
What are the differences between reinforced repair strip with fabric and those without fabric？
Reinforced repair strip with fabric，which contains a layer of textile fabric in itself， these fabric sets in the rubber and form a fabric reinforced network， thus we can say that repair strip with fabric will be thicker than those without fabric
For example:150mm repair strip， we will compare those with fabric and those without fabric 。
The dimension for 150mm repair strip with fabric is 4.6mm150mm10000mm（TWL）， However， the dimension for 150mm repair strip without fabric is 3.2mm150mm10000mm， we will check the thickness and get the result that those reinforced repair strip with fabric will be thicker than those without fabric.
Except the thickness， we will check the differences from structures.
We will see the fabric in the rubber obviously，use a rubber knife to cut the repair strip from transverse part， usual repair strip doesn’t contains textile fabric， but those repair strip with fabric will find a layer of textile fabric， easily recognizable.
