The referent prevention training

Since July 1, 2012, the employer, regardless of the size and the sector of his business, shall designate a referent in health and safety (OHS), already qualified or trained specifically.
The referent prevention training meets the requirements of Regulation
law n ° 2011-867, 20/07/2011
Decree of 30/01/2012 codified R4644-1 to R4644-5

objectives:
at the end of this training referents Prevention will be able to fulfil their main missions:

• assessment of risks priori DUER

• ex-post risk assessment : Analyses of the labour Accidents and occupational diseases

  as well as secondary missions:

• the management of the interventions of external companies
• the Organization of the first relief and firefighting
• the eve regulatory
• the awareness and training of personnel
• the follow-up audits periodic and regulatory facilities and equipment

• be the interlocutor of external agencies responsible for prevention

  prerequisites :
  no pre-requisite particular

  pedagogy:
  alternation between theory and practice
  Presentation and use of practical tools
  work on special cases of the participants

  public Type:
  any employee designated by the employer to deal with the activities of protection and prevention of occupational risks for the undertaking
