The Thin Section Angular Contact Ball Bearings(A Type) are mainly applied to support both radial load and single direction axial load. It needs to be installed in pairs if applied to support double direction axial load through the way of Face to Face installation (DF), Back to Back installation (DB) and Tandem installation(DT).
The difference between the Thin Section Radial Contact Ball Bearings (C Type) and the Thin Section Angular Contact Ball Bearings (A Type) is that the Thin Section Angular Contact Ball Bearings have big enough radial clearance that causes a contact angle to bear the axial load. The degree of the standard contact angle is 30.
The bore diameters of our Angular Contact Bearing range from 1.000 inch to 40.000 inch. Series range from 0.1875 X 0.1875 inch to 1.000 X 1.000 inch in cross section. In these series, the material of rings could be GCr15 and stainless. By using the same series of thin-section bearings throughout a products line, the designer could standardize on common components.
