Design Criteria of Steel Tower
The standard design criteria for the steel latticed structures shall conform to ASCE 10-97 "Design of Latticed Steel Transmission Structures" -
Fabrication
2.1 Prototype assembly of each new tower type should be done before mass production.
2.2 Hot-dip galvanization in accordance with ISO1461-2009 and ASTM A123. -
Steel Material
3.1 Legs Steel will be high tensile steel like Q420/Q345 with yield strength is 420/345MPa.
3.2 Others Steel will be middle steel like Q235 with yield strength is 235MPa.
3.3 Bolts will be follow ISO 898 grade 6.8/8.8 -

Normal Condition = 1.65
Broken Wire Condition (Two wire at a time) = 1.15
Stringing and Maintenance (One wire at a time) = 1.50- shall be 1.65 for cross arm
