Triple axis fine adjustment and self locking device is equipped with the printing table, which make the even more accurate and fast alignment. Made by composite stainless steel material, the table surface is not easy to be scraped or deformed. The working table levelness is ensured within 0.05mm. The transportation guiding roller attached the working table make the easy handling in printing procedures, reduce the possibility of scratches. 2. Sucking blower adopt imported strong force blower with pneumatic control. The secondary sucking and blowing pad are equipped with the panel; these functions make the alignment more easy and accurate. The adjustment structure of distance between screen and table of worm wheel and worm are equipped to make the distance adjustment more easy, which can realize the fine adjustment and read the adjusting value easily; it also has the self locking functions which make it no need manual locking, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation. 3. Printing process is driven by motor, cooperating high precision lineal guider, stepless variable speed adjustment, make the printing stable and smooth. 4. Automatic belt material discharging function can be equipped with the device: when the printing is complete, the belt will lift automatically to take the printed items away (to connect the baking machine). The belt has the function of stepless speed adjustment, which is optional. The detecting electronic eye for discharging material is equipped; the direct material ejection or ejecting material function for inspection can be selected. 5.
