Connect the charger to AC or USB port,the Blue LED will be constant bright.it denotes the charger has connected to the power correctly.
Install the battery into the charger stand,the red LED will be constant bright instead of Blue one.it shows it is charging.
when fully charge,the blue LED will be constant bright instead of Red LED,meanwhile,the battery enters into Trickling charge process.after that,the charge effect may achieve best.
