When the MX83063HC is running under PS/2 mode, this pin will have
an internal pulled-high resistor, with Vdd=5.0V
When the MX83063HC is running under USB mode, this pin will have
an internal pulled-high resistor, 1.5k Ohm, with V
Power supply pin(5V).
Ground pin.
3.3V regulator output.
